PCP is all about customer service. It reminds your customers you care about them. It gives you a reason to follow up with them. It gives your customers a free sample. All of this adds up to customer loyalty and new sales.
Ideas for follow up.
When you place your order, you can create an e-card for everyone you ordered a Look Book for and schedule it to be sent around the time the customers should receive their Look Book.
You can print a report from "My Customers" with a list of everyone you sent a Look Book to. Call them! Ask them if they received their Look Book and their opinion of the sample.
You can do a "Look Book Contest" where your customers contact you by the end of the month and let you know about the sample. Om the first of the month, simply draw a winner. The winner gets a full size of the product.
