Career Conference is a Mary Kay corporate event to recognize and support you, located in cities throughout the United States.

Seminar
This is THE event of the year! Located in Dallas, TX during July/August over four days. Prepare for an experience of a lifetime and then enjoy it again every year. All the details are located on InTouch under "Events". The Shine Unit is part of the Emerald Seminar.
Seminar is packed with recognition, training, prizes, tours, product information, and so much more!
Fall Advance
Fall Advance is hosted by one or more National Sales Directors usually relatively local. The Shine Unit is part of the Mary Kay National Area, so we will be adopted by a National Sales Director for Fall Advance. As information becomes available, I will add it here and in our Voxer group.
Fall Advance is usually a Friday night - Saturday night event with an option to stay for a Sunday morning worship service. National Sales Directors share their amazing experience and insight with motivating speeches and panel discussions. You will receive recognition for Mary Kay successes and motivation for new successes.
Fall Advance is a more intimate gathering of Mary Kay ladies looking to grow their business, looking for personal growth, and build lasting friendships.
January Jumpstart
January Jumpstart is a relatively local Mary Kay event hosted by one or more National Sales Directors. It usually occurs during the first Saturday of the new year. This is a great time of year to get excited about your Mary Kay business. You will enjoy motivation, training, recognition, professional growth, and the opportunity to build friendships with your fellow Mary Kay consultants.
